Description:

As a Concur Service Administrator and Associate Consultant, you will act as a designated configuration expert assigned to assist premium North American Concur customers with configuration cases. In this shared services role, you will manage, maintain, and update system configurations by adding, editing, or removing options in a live system environment. You will analyze complex business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, manage customer escalations, meet strict KPIs/SLAs, and actively contribute to innovation, automation, and programming projects within the care services portfolio.

Requirements:

• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a technical understanding of data and configuration systems.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages is highly preferred. General familiarity with the software deployment life cycle and testing practices.
• Ability to translate complex customer requirements into functional system configurations. Execute routine administration with a disciplined approach to solving ticketed cases in live systems.
• Experience handling complex customer situations and managing escalations while collaborating with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Strict adherence to set KPIs, including service level agreements (SLAs), technical expertise benchmarks, and rules of engagement.
• Mandatory readiness to work fixed night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST to support the North American client base.
• Excellent communication, reporting, data presentation, and troubleshooting skills. Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to support 0 - 10% expected travel. Career status is designated at the Graduate level.
